We promise you that our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, so if there are any issues lets find a solution.
If you receive a defective item or your item is not what you ordered, you can apply for a full refund or simply return it or exchange it. We do not provide return-shipping labels. Once we receive the item we will make sure you receive your order as soon as possible or we will refund your money. Items must be received back within 30 days after being received.

If you wish to return your items for any reason other than manufacturing defects or mistakes from Lasso, you can become eligible for a refund or store credit. No re-stocking fees will apply but Lasso will NOT provide a return-shipping label. Items must be received within 30 days after being received and must be in undamaged, unworn, unwashed conditions.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund/store credit will be issued within 7 days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return process is completed. For store credit, you will receive a personal discount code for the amount of your original purchase to be used on any purchase on our store with no expiration date. For refunds, please note that depending on your financial institution it may take and additional 2-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
All returns must be shipped, using any traceable/insured shipping method, to the following address and must include a printed receipt of the order.
